Complete costume includes dress with blouse and petticoat, hair ties, Toto in Basket and Shoe Covers. Sparkling blue and white gingham jumper-style dress features attached white blouse with blue and white gingham trim and attached white petticoat. Matching blue and white gingham hair ties also included. Polyester. Note: tights not included. Deluxe picnic style basket with lid comes with stuffed toy Toto dog inside. Exact color of Toto may vary. Basket measures 11 ½" tall including handle (handle is approx. 6 ¼" tall). Top of basket is 9 ¾" x 5¾". Base of basket is 8" x 4". Toto stands approx. 6 ½" from ground to top of head (excluding ears) and is about 8" from nose to start of tail. Basket is made of natural wood fiber. Toto is faux fur. Pair of ruby red shoe covers with sequins feature elastic strap on the bottom to go around the underside of shoe, to help hold shoe cover in place, and velcro closure in the back near the heel. 100% polyester. These are officially licensed Wizard of Oz costumes.
